I have lived and worked in the Greater Victoria area since 1960. Being a long time resident of the Victoria area, I know this beautiful city and its surrounding area very well.
Previous to pursuing a career in real estate, I was employed in the retail food industry and have nearly 30 years of experience in small and medium sized business. I have accumulated 25 successful years of experience as a business manager and was involved with ownership for several of those years. During this period of time I developed a strong appreciation and understanding of consumer needs and expectations.
In 1999 I embarked on a career in real estate sales with Coast Capital Real Estate and have never looked back. I have a strong work ethic, a commitment to providing exceptional service, and dedication to my clients and craft. I believe that providing exception service means being responsive, following through with commitments, being sensitive to client needs and promoting their interests ahead of my own. I have long worked with the business philosophy, "Take care of my client's - they will take care of my business." This explains why my business success is attributable to approximately 95% past clients and their referrals.
